Technical Support

Our team works towards analyzing the problem and providing the solution. Under technical support, we provide an end-to-end solution that includes troubleshooting (or triage), providing an action plan to solve the issue, and details of the hardware components that need to be replaced or fixed.

IT Hardware Break Fix

As the name suggests we provide a fix to the IT hardware issue which will be resolved within the defined SLA. In addition to what is present in the contract, we offer a first-fix policy wherein, we have the issue resolved first even if it is not present in the initial contract and have it included in the service agreement later.

Auditing

Our audit services provide a regular maintenance check on the IT hardware used in the company and ensure the smooth functioning of the systems used.

IMAC

Install – Installing any new IT hardware or equipment that is required or requested by the company.

Moving – Moving IT hardware from one location to another. Includes uninstalling from the old location and re-installing at the new location.

Addition – Any new hardware that a company wants to add apart from the hardware system they are working with can be provided under this service.

Change – If a company decides to upgrade or change the existing IT hardware, we also cater to those requirements.
