The tweet’s link refers to a filing submitted by Elon Musk to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in which Musk claims he is offering to buy 100% of Twitter for $54.20 per share in an all-cash deal and subsequently take it private.

Elon Musk appears to be rather pleased with his firm SpaceX’s latest rocket engines.
This tweet by Elon Musk unveiled a batch of the new Raptor 2 engines at SpaceX’s Starbase facility in Texas, where they will be used on the company’s Starship megarocket’s first orbital launch later this year.
