Our partner’s round-the-clock support ticket logging for fault calls and multi-vendor technical help. Experienced engineers either provide technical support remotely or arrange for components to be transported to the site, and even schedule one of our field engineers to visit the site within the SLA when needed.
Our executives will communicate with you via email, chat, or on the telephone by raising the initial ticket, updating you on the complete resolution of the incident, bringing in our skilled 24/7 technical support engineers in touch with you or your customer, and helping ensure the correct parts are allocated to the correct tickets.

Our Third Party IT Hardware Maintenance portfolio includes trained support engineers in all major OEM equipment including COMPAQ, HP, HPE, Sun, IBM, Fujitsu, CISCO, NetApp, EMC, Dell, and many more. With our flexible service level agreements, you can choose from a variety of different contract types and response types to ensure you get the services you need from a company you can rely on. Solid Systems Global provides a variety of maintenance services related to storage, your server, and your network. At Solid Systems Global, we supply all the components clients expect from a maintenance solution—24/7 remote hardware monitoring, online and telephone-based troubleshooting, on-site repair, full component coverage, and certified spare parts among them.

We have invested heavily into our global hardware infrastructure to allow for more flexibility to reach the defined SLA with the part at hand. Solid Systems Global enables companies worldwide the ability to import and export materials into overseas markets without the burden of establishing legal entities in each country in which they trade-in. Our global supply chain will send any package anywhere in the world with relevant IOR/EOR certificates. All our parts are cleaned, tested, and carefully secured in brand-new boxes for dispatch to our regional stocking locations or at customer locations. We have regional stocking locations (RSL) that house spare inventory in 106 countries spread globally. In case of a system failure, we have our employees working to get that spare part to you within the contracted SLA. We have a combination of 97 RSL and multiple third-party stocking locations in different regions, our customers can use these to store components if they require to procure inventory themselves.
